For warranty and/or repair service, please contact the dealer from whom you purchased the product. The dealer will work with the fabricator who assembled the product to promptly repair and/or replace any defective parts or components. If your dealer is no longer in business or you inherited your window coverings (perhaps they came with your new home), please contact our Customer Service. (see CONTACT US, at the top of this page).

Hunter Douglas Window Fashions warrants that its Hunter Douglas brand window fashion products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for years after the original purchase. For more warranty details visit Warranty Inquiries.

All Hunter Douglas Window Fashions products are designed with safety in mind and provide standard or optional safety features. If you select a window treatment in the Products section, you will see information about what Lifting systems and motorization options are available for that product.

Some of our products may be altered, however there are certain limitations with fabrics, lift system, cord routes and size in general. You will need to contact your dealer and they in turn will communicate with their fabricator to see what can be done.

PowerView® Motorization, remote control, and innovative manual lifting systems are available for many Hunter Douglas window treatments. If you select a window treatment in the Products section, you will see information about what lifting systems are available for that product.
